Each unit is owned and maintained individually.
The association has a common budget to meet expenses such as lawn care and snow removal and a reserve fund for long term needs such as roof replacement.
The next Board Meeting will be Monday, January 14, 2008 at 2 PM at the
WAUKESHA STATE BANK, Fowler Lake Room, lower level.
Elevator entrance is at south end of building. Waukesha State Bank
is located just off Hwy 67 on Corporate Center Drive.
