The Poetry People formed when a group of interested folks started to meet for weekly workshops through the UW-Waukesha Extension system.

They enjoy sharing experience and ideas using the wide variety of
creative writing forms afforded by poetry. 
Many members belong the the Wisconsin Fellowship of Poets. 
Some have won contests and some have poetry published in periodicals and chapbooks.

In-between dates are February 8th & March 8th at 6:30 PM.
Spring session starts again on April 5, 2010.
